Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Logfret, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients in the Chinese market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the logistics landscape in China.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop new business opportunities through the resource by internal.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our products/services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed strategic decisions.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Conduct negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the management team.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually optimize sales strategies and improve overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics market in China.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Request CET-4 certification on English.

Key Responsibilities:
