To strengthen its service policy and better respond to the problems of automotive logistics, the manufacturer of electric LCVs Fest has opted for the solution for the delivery of spare parts in a maximum of 72 hours offered by Logfret.

Fest, a manufacturer of electric light commercial vehicles (LCVs), has just entered into a partnership with Logfret, a company operating in the international transport of goods. The collaboration between the two companies should make it possible to guarantee an optimized management of Fest’s spare parts activity through stock management, preparation, shipment and stock renewal, as well as daily support in customer relationship management.

Logfret will rely on its Neolink solution, a digital supply chain improvement system that provides visibility into loads and allows shipments to be analysed by obtaining real-time quotes. “Fest seeks to differentiate itself by providing exceptional quality of service, while ensuring seamless efficiency and operational responsiveness,” said the Chief Operating Officer of Fest. Our partnership with Logfret, a major player in logistics in France and around the world, is part of our desire to facilitate the energy transition of car fleets through a comprehensive offer.

The challenge for Logfret is to ensure that Fest has spare parts available between 24 and 72 hours in all French departments (except Corsica where delivery times vary between 5 and 6 days). To do this, the service provider relies on a “buffer” stock located in the Val d’Oise, in the Paris region, comprising 274 references, mainly covering categories of parts such as bodywork (side doors, door panels, etc.), OEMs (electric motor, rear axle, etc.), small components (hoses, screws, harnesses, etc.), or glazing (windscreen, front windows, etc.).
